There may be customers that you need to refer to their GP. These customers include those whose symptoms do not respond to over-the-counter treatment, as well as customers who have symptoms indicating that they may have infected eczema.

Swollen skin or skin that is more painful than usual -
Fluid oozing from the skin and/or a yellow crust on the skin -
A high temperature or generally feeling unwell
