If you’re leading this month’s training session, ensure that your team members understand their specific roles and are confident in playing their part. Here are some pointers to maximise your training time:
- Get your team to look at the products stocked in your pharmacy. How well do they understand the products and how they are used?
- Can the team think of ways to improve the merchandising of the fixtures?
- Ensure that your team knows who is and who is not eligible for a flu jab and understands how to effectively engage these people.
