Leadership is no longer the preserve of the few – it is an essential role in business that can be learned by those at all levels to use in a range of different situations. Whether it be pharmacy or the wider commercial world, leadership is all important. So, in another timely rerun of a module with a particular relevance for the current challenges in community pharmacy, here’s a primer on inspirational leadership, with minor adaptations from its original publication in 2014.
