We know by now that change is here to stay.

Pharmacy and healthcare is transforming at what seems to be breakneck speed.

Pharmacists have to adapt to yet more new professional regulations, meet fiscal challenges within the NHS and try to meet increasing customer demands to deliver more and better services.

It is in this context that pharmacists and managers must develop some skills of project management. A lot of the tasks that are carried out routinely in a pharmacy could probably be done better by applying some of the tools of project management to the process.
