Post-consultation
Consider how the patient’s preferences and sensory function could be documented within the pharmacy’s PMR or other records. Were you able to provide accessible information to the patient? Were you able to tailor the recommended treatment to accommodate their abilities and preferences? Did the pharmacy have appropriate assistive technology available to support the consultation?
