Type 2 diabetes: part three

This module is the third in our CPPE series looking at the role of the pharmacy team in supporting people with type 2 diabetes. It will look at monitoring the condition and possible complications, as well as help you to start putting your updated knowledge of type 2 diabetes management into practice with case studies.
